What is Pepa?
The name of the band takes a word street.  

The "Pepa" is the name given to the eye after smoking marijuana.

 "What are you up Kernels ..."," Will I notice the seeds ", etc.. 

In different countries you can find many meanings, 

from being a seed to be an intimate female part..."
